I went grocery shopping today and when we were done I turned on the car then put my munchkin in his car seat before I started to load up the car bc I wanted to get some air flow and I started to think, how could someone be so dumb and selfish enough to leave a baby in a turned off car to run into a store etc, let alone 5 minutes. I just don't get how that even happens or why someone thinks it's okay. Nothing ever comes before your babies!!

I manage a grocery store and it happens ALLLLLL the time!! If it gets reported to me I call the cops everytime and make multiple announcements in the store too!! It drives me crazy and one time no one came including the cops for 15minutes on a 80degree day so I broke a window and brought the kid to my office while on the phone with the cops again!! also while very pregnant I jumped up and down on the corner of the road to flag down a cop!!! I wish I could strangle the parents though but I do need my job!
I always let the cops do it!!! Trust me it's not easy but I know I have to support my kids and if I lose my job then I won't be able to!! @alexislopez but I always call the police and if it's hot or more than a few minutes I'll call cps with the licence plate as well!
