Hi everyone, could do with a bit of advice. So I am currently around 5 weeks pregnant, my partner has been reading through our baby books and has kinda started being really over protective and worrying about everything. He has wrote a list of foods I'm not aloud to eat and loads of jobs I can't do. This will be our first baby and I was just wondering if anyone has any advise on what I should do and has anyone else's partners been like this?

My partner was not protective in last two pregnancies. But this time round he is doing everything to make sure my safety. I would avoid lifting heavy items. And Also take prenatal. Wish you a smooth pregnancy. 😊xx

My mum was a single parent :) and lived away from family and didn't rely on anyone hun :) She was fine :) You can do a lot of jobs...just not the obvious dangerous ones or lifting anything heavy xx

he won't let me pick up dog poop, do the washing, cleaning, he won't even let me paint my nails because of the fumes. I can eat fish, cured meats, soft cheese.. he is getting really protective xx
