I'm in so much pain... my boobs are engorged, my daughter hasn't eaten in almost 6 hours, I tried to feed her but she won't eat, I tried to pump but I can't have a let down without her. I've tried everything. I'm getting extremely upset. 😢

Do you have a lactation nurse in your community? Like at the hospital that you delivered at. I have dealt with engorgement a ton; I'm sorry. It stinks, I know ☹️️

@godsjoi, Yes ma'am, I've already spoke to one, she just tells me the same thing Google does. I don't understand why my daughter does this, I never have a problem with her eating at night, but tonight is really difficult. I just want to cry. ;(

Did you try a hot shower & massaging your breast while in the shower? That happened to me once & the shower triggered a let down for me & it felt like heaven. Also like she said you may have to contact a lactation consultant or you see if kellymom.com has something that'll help. 😊

Soak your boobs in a hot bowl! Everytime I have a clogged duct, I'll oak my boob in as hot of water it can handle and then all the sudden the water turns super foggy because the heat helps release milk
