You can try making a fresh ginger tea. I cut the ginger up and boil in water with a cinnamon stick till the water is golden brown. I put honey in it for sweetness but you could use sugar or nothing. I also like to squeeze some lemon in there. and at the very end I cook some fresh mint leaves into it until they're wilted then strain it and you're good. this recipe I have came up with helps with nausea, upset stomach, pain, inflammation, blood circulation and all sorts of stuff. both the ginger and the mint help. if ginger is too spicy for you, you can add half and half or milk or creamer whatever you like to dull the spice.
