@kaityamelia, nope my husband and I fought it in court, and won, so it didn't go on our credit, all we had to do was pay an extras months rent

I know the feeling ! I hated it sooooo much like I couldn't have a drink sitting anywhere for 3 minutes without a roach crawling in it ! I had to break my lease but in the process I found another apartment and moved in that one before it popped up on my background

@kaityamelia, it's probably the apartments around you, you never know how other people live and when their places are Roach infested yours gets that way too, I hated living in apartments because of that

OMG I HAVE A BUG PROBLEM!! I complained forever on here about it so I took pics went showed them they finally moved me to another apartment and I been noticing like little beetles so I was like ok whatever every place is going to have a bug or 2 then I notice a cricket a beetle then a fucking ROACH again all in 10 minutes I feel sick to my stomach like it's so gross living like this my house is so cleannnnnnnnbb @kyriesmom1201

@kaityamelia, they refused to fix my hot water leak and it began to produce mold, I was in my 1st trimester and wasn't going to live there and risk mine and my child's health so I said screw them and packed up and left.

I hated the apartment it was full of roaches no matter how much I cleaned, sprayed, bombed, anything lol and I just left it's on my credit tho

There is a lot of icky stuff happening in our complex so, a week ago, i went to the office and demanded our security deposit and out of our lease a month early without penalties. You can talk to them about "warranty of habitability". Worked for us!
