not at all. they emailed me I think 3 days after I filled out the form online and then all I did was send them a picture of my prescription and picked a pump from the list of one's that were covered by my insurance and I had 2 days later

I did edgeparkmedicalsupplies I picked it out asked my doctor to write a rx and I had it 2 days later..
