@jaxmomma, @bkrettler11497 my son says dadada all day long but no matter how often I say mama he won't say it. I just feel a little discouraged as he is almost 8 months and has been saying dada since 6 months. I guess you are right in that it doesn't mean anything yet cause he just does it to make noise
@mamahoude, yeah I wouldn't worry about it at all. Mine only says mama when he cries. The rest of the time it's just babbles. When he's a year old he will know mama and dada and who to say it to 😊 for now, he's just entertaining himself lol

But I've read that they won't say mama and dada to the right person, understanding what they are saying till almost a year old
