Anyone else have sore nipples when you first start breastfeeding? Lasting about 20-30 seconds & then it subsides. Anything I can do to stop that from happening? I lather my nipples in coconut oil after each feeding.
put nipple right under nose, they end up opening mouth trying to get it
I agree...latch IS EVERYTHING. LATCH IS LIFEEEE lol! @riahlala3 @sparklymama sometimes I can't get my son to open his mouth wide enough😞
make sure they don't nibble their way on when feeding starts . make sure mouth is all the way open before putting nipple in. good latch equals less pain
It's a terrible pain the first minute then it's ok! I wish I knew if you could do something and if it last until your don't breast feeding!! Cuz it hurts and it makes me want to quit breast feeding sometimes! Although I won't!
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
TWW!!
2dpo and on the tww journey. Anyone on the same dpo or close? Haven't decided if I will test at 12dpo or just wait and see if she shows up!!
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Agree with other comments... big, open latch! In the beginning, my baby's mouth was much smaller and she would clamp down so it hurt when she first latched on anyway, but it gets better with time. And nipple cream helps heal if you're dealing with pain from cracked or sore nipples. Good luck!
