I have been breastfeeding/pumping and two days ago all the sudden I stopped pumping as much as I use to and I don't know why.. I haven't changed anything! I use to pump 4 ounces every two-three hours and now I'm only pumping 2oz... Why? What can I do? I don't want to stop giving my baby mommies milk..

Have u tried fenugreek it worked for me plus extra water intake. Have u had ur period yet? Usually when my period comes my milk does some n goes back to normal in a couple days.

I haven't had my period yet.. Idk if I will I got the Nexplanon implant... I take fenugreek everyday.. 😢 I'm not sure what's going on @jensim82011

Try nursing instead of pumping for a while so ur supply can build up?

I nurse when I'm home but unfortunately I have to pump all day because I'm back at work 😔@jensim82011 thanks for the advice tho!
