One thing I've learned throughout my pregnancy is to truly try to embrace and make the best out of it. My pregnancy hasn't been the easiest, but I just had to put it in my head that it's not forever. During the first trimester of my pregnancy I was beyond depressed. I had migraines, sickness, and was beyond irritated with anyone (SO, in laws, parents, etc) and anything. At one point I even took it out on my son. I was making remarks like, "this baby is a mistake" and "I don't want this baby anymore". Once I said those things my son was not very active. My son felt all that negativity coming from me. I realized that I was going overboard. I cried and apologized to my son every day. My little lovebug must have heard and felt the sincerity and my aching heart because now my little ray of sunshine is VERY active. I am now in my second trimester (close to my third), and I've been incredibly HAPPY! I'm cooking more at home now, being proactive at my job and at home, and I finally have a piece of mind. I'm really embracing my pregnancy and looking forward to meeting my son. I love you son. Sorry mommy was not so pleasant at first, but mommy loves you VERY MUCH. 💙👶🏻🤗
