Yep both times I've been pregnant & lived in 2 different places with each it was 2weeks. I thought it was the same everywhere to be honest.

I knew my baby was going to be big and he was still growing. The doctors were prepared to let me go 10 days over but I had a feeling there would be complications if I did. As soon as I reached my due date I demanded to be induced and it was a good job they listened. I had my baby at 40+2 and he was 10lbs 4oz and got stuck. The doctors and midwives actually apologised to me after! 😂

So many hospitals are different too which is frustrating, mine will only happily let you go 8 days over xx
