ALL ABOUT YOUR FIRST BORN!!! 💙💕👶🍼

1. Was your first pregnancy planned? Yes

2. What was your reaction to finding out? I was shocked, I had just taken a test a few days before and it was negative, I only took the second one because I had it and was being a little crazy about testing. I absolutely expected it to still be negative. Then I ran down the hallway in tears (happy tears) to tell my hubby.

3. Were you induced? Yes, I had an infection in my amniotic sac and my little guy's heartbeat was way too high so they induced.

4. How old were you? 31

5. Who did you have in the room? My husband

6. How did you find out? Pregnancy test

7. Did you want to find out the sex? Yes

8. Due Date? May 18th 2016

9. Did you deliver early or late? Exactly on my due date!

10. Did you have morning sickness? Only very mildly in the beginning

11. What did you crave? Raspberries, Artichokes, and Fettuccine Alfredo

12. How many pounds did you gain? 40

13. What was the sex of the baby? 💙 Boy💙

14. Did you have any complications during labor? Yes, because of the infection my contractions stopped, we had to do an emergency C-Section and they couldn't stop the bleeding, I lost a quarter of my blood and had to be rushed to a different hospital with a better ICU. I didn't get to meet my baby for 3 days because he had to stay at the first hospital to be monitored because they thought he might have caught the infection and there was no room for him at the hospital I was transferred to.

16. How many hours were you in labor? From the start of the induction to when we made the call to do a C-section was 17 hours

17. How much did your baby weigh? 8.1 lbs and 20.5 inches long

18. What did you name him/her? Matías Gael

19. How old is your first born today? She will be 1 next Saturday!
