My boyfriends mom keeps constantly saying smart ass remarks about how my parenting skills are gonna be. It pisses me off more than it upsets me but i'm just really starting too feel like shit about myself and she makes me feel like im not gonna be a good mother. Should i tell my boyfriend what she says to me or just leave it alone? I live with her so its hard not to see her.

some moms and MILs forget that they were first time moms too once. id tell her (respectfully) that you and your boyfriend and fully capable of rasing your child and if you need help youll let her know. setting bounderies before your childs here will make it easier after.

my boyfriend was adopted with his 2 sisters she adopted him when he was 5 the sisters were 7 and 9. So technically it would be new to all of us with a newborn baby. Ai don't say anything because she can't have kids which isn't her fault and i would never go there with her but she really gets me to the point sometimes. My boyfriend sees the way she acts sometimes and it ridiculous. We live with her until we get our apartment but she constantly is on my ass about everything when my bf is at work shes wicked awful sometimes and then other times shes sweet as can be its weird.
