😣😣😖😖😣😣 I just can't win... called the store to check the status on my order and ONCE again they are refusing to ship and assemble my crib and dresser despite that being paid for already. this time the associate I spoke to was extremely rude telling me I HAD To pick it up and they absolutely would not be shipping. I will be talking to the store where it was purchased and then speaking with the manager of my store about how rude the associate was. this was supposedly taken care of last week but I guess not...

@dabcw3814, I just talked to the store they were purchased at and explained the situation. customer service won't be able to help because it wasn't an online order. they called my store and walked them through the process of putting in a ticket to set up the delivery and set up. the lady I spoke with was super nice and said if I don't recieve a call by end of business tomorrow to call them back.
