So my son is pushing down on his gums so I'm assuming he's teething. But I don't see or feel anything..how long till it starts to come through? He's in so much pain. But Tylenol isn't really doing anything

My daughter is 6 months old and has been doing that too but still no teeth yet, he's gums could be itching it's the beginning of teething!

Yeah, I use Tylenol to help especially at night time! And baby oraljel

orajel its good I brought the day and night time one and it worked wonderful also buy him teething tablet there good to hun

Yeah they have those baby orajel q tip things when my brother was a baby I would steal them for my own mouth pain lol try that
