I think it all depends on the person. I went to bed on my side and always woke up on my back and it didn't seem to have a negative effect. for me. even at 41 weeks
@cubanese that was what I had read when I researched it also. I have been trying not to but find myself in the middle of the night waking up on my back which is strange since I never liked laying on my back before. it's just super comfortable compared to my side because of the nerve damage I am experiencing on my right side causes complete numbness for long periods of time and my back hurts so bad also because of nerve damage. I probably need one of those pillows so I can stay in place huh? lol
