same! he has to be up against me. tried swaddles, warm blankets,. i get him to sleep slowly quietly put him in his crib and then he wakes up like really mom you know i dont sleep alone waaaaah then he needs boob all over again and me to lay beside him in our bed. lol
although he can't fall asleep with just a paci he has to fall asleep nursing then once he unlatches i give him a paci and he's asleep
Keep a burp rag in your bra during the day and lay it in his crib at night. It'll make his crib smell like mama. Also you can try a Lulla-Vibe. It is a small vibrating mattress pad. We love our's! And, definitely, keep swaddling him! Good luck, mama! It's also perfectly safe for a baby to sleep with a paci. Studies have shown that sleeping with a paci actually reduces the risk of SUIDS.
Make sure you hold him for at least 20 minutes once he's asleep before you put him down. If you let him fall into the deep sleep cycle first he will be less likely to wake up when he goes into his bed. I was having the same problem until I found out it takes a while for them to go into deep sleep.
My baby was like that but I've slowly been weaning him from it, I try o just lay him next to me so he can still feel that I'm right that or I put him in his bassinet and I just put my hand in there with him.
