HELP before I go changing her milk to comfort does anyone else have this: my daughter month old…

Max was similar. Unless he was feeding or asleep he was very unsettled or upset. I debated changing milks. I didn't in the end & decided to wait it out to see if he got any better. Which he did. He still struggles with wind occasionally but not nearly as bad. I don't know why but I was worried about changing milks. Their tummies are so delicate I didn't want to upset his. I just heard with colic they grow out of it. But perhaps you'll hear something else from someone who's tried comfort milk...

Around 5weeks I started noticing an improvement @tg123456789 I tried infacol, gripe water, all kinds of positions. Getting him to settle after a feed would take almost an hour then he'd be awake again in another hour for his next feed! It was knackering! It was such a different experience from Morgan because I had no issues like that with him. He fed every 3/4hrs from day one & slept amazingly. So was a shock with Max! I don't think it would harm them changing milks I was just so torn because some mums said they worked others said if made no difference & I didn't wanna keep changing. Maybe give it another week if she's still unsettled give it a go for a week & see if it helps. But I understand the frustration. Lack of sleep plus feeling helpless for them!

exactly same as me. with my son Bill I had nothing like this. he slept thru from day 1 and was a happy content baby :( @sara-lou x

I put infacol in lo's bottle and I changed her milk from sma to c&g and it's worked miracles for her colic. I use gripe water if her winds really bad. She's so much happier now x

Melody has trapped wind a lot, especially at night. gripe water usually does the trick xx

@tg123456789, I got it from Holland an Barrett it's £18 but it's amazing, gets her wind up in no time, only thing is you have to add the drops to the warm milk an leave to stand for half an hour then warm again when your ready for feed, honestly thou it's really worth it x

gripe water is amazing. dont use comfort it made my little girl worse maybe switch brands. what brand she on hun? @tg123456789

cow and gate @sinlou93 I was going to put her on the colic and constipation comfort powder? I've used gripe water and was good to start with but that's no longer working. xx
