I'm currently on bed rest for 24 hours. They have me on magnesium to avoid any seizers due to eclampsia. This medicine makes you hot and have head aches and the give me the room right next to the nursery and all I hear is tons of babies crying and screaming. I can't wait to get discharged 😡😡😡. I haven't slept since Thursday night

Yeah I went through the same. It's awful. Did they put bootie things on your legs to help circulation? I'm not sure if they did that for me because of having to be in bed for 24 hours or because I was in bed for three days straight already with no moving around.

@lucybaby, yes I just got the booties taken off. I'm in a chair now. Still woozie off the mag. I haven't got to walk around yet I'm too dizzy 😩 I got out of bed for the first time a hour ago and I been in the bed since Friday

Aw. Definitely take it easy. I know I wouldn't walk around with Lucy at first on fear I'd lose my balance. Yeah I was induced on a Friday afternoon and didn't get to move out of bed til late Monday afternoon. It was worse than going through labor/delivery. Same with being poked and prodded and taking BP every 15-30 mins. Never again lol
