I swear, my daughter is so fussy like all the time. ☹️️
She's 6 weeks old, hardly has smiled any, and the tiny ones she has I think where gas smiles;
She's breastfed, and just seems like she gets bored very easy. I love her to death, and know this time shall pass... but I can't help but feel I'm doing something wrong when I see other babies her age smiling and laughing already 😭

The only thing wrong is comparing her. She won't be a newborn forever. Honestly newborns just aren't wired to be friendly or chipper. They operate on reflex and need. In no time at all, your baby girl will have a smile as pretty as mama's. ❤ YOU ARE DOING THIS RIGHT. HANG IN THERE. The 4th trimester is the pits, the part no one really warns you about.

Your right :-/ it's just so upsetting seeing it, and then makes me feel I'm the problem. But your 100% right. Because no baby is the same. @tayek thank you hun ❤️

Neither of you is a problem. Babies are learning us, as we learn them. That first 12 weeks or so...SHEESH! They smell sweet and are so squishy snuggly...but BOY are they complicated lol I'm here if you need me. And you are so, so welcome. ❤

The beginning was SO hard on me too :( it does get better, but every stage has their moments for sure... Big hugs
