i wouldnt think it should i take childrens liquid benedryl cold n cough when i get sick. helps me sleep and feel better.

I have 500 mg extra strength maybe if i take half would that be ok? Or should i just stick with the children's Tylenol

I've heard tylenol cold and flu is okay. but i personally wouldn't. it contains a nasal decongestant, phenylephrine, which isnt good too take while pregnant. its only 5mg which maybe why it is deemed safe
