Really wanting to get a birthing ball, when is a good time to start using one??

get one now. im regretting not getting one already. going to grab one tmo xxx

I've heard it helps you have an easier labour, do you know if that's true?? What's the pro's of having a birthing ball?? I've never had one before xxx @zozo87

I'm unsure myself hun. but just heard good stuff. helps with back pain and apaz helps baby into position. I just want one as uncomfortable all the God damn time. usually a nice bath helps with my back pain but tonight I was almost in tears xx

I used one from 31 weeks and I went from 3cm to 10cm in 3 hours and was pushing for half an hour xxx

im getting one too... i used one only when i was in labour with my first and it helped bouncing through the contractions and i dilated from 4cm to 10 cm in 30 mins lol defo need to get one myself this week too :) xxx
