I use the honest company nipple balm. Its thicker then some but it has worked so much better then the others ive tried. i put it in the fridge and the cold helps a little too. I heard some women wafm it up also

I didn't have nipple cream so I rubbed my breast milk on my nipples and it started going away immediately
