Anyone do kangaroo care (skin to skin) cuddles with there baby? And if you do how often/ for how long did you continue.
I bottle feed but I think it's still important to have that skin on skin bonding so last night during one of her bottles her dad and I took turns feeding while she wore a diaper and we were shirtless and she really liked it. Last night was her first night home after two days in the hospital so I thought it'd be a good way to comfort her.
But I'm wondering on trying it in the future, does anyone else do this?

I stay naked with my babies lol we bathe and shower together until they're about 2 1/2 and start talking about mommy's boobies lol

Whenever their ogling makes you uncomfortable is when I would stop lol I have all boys right now but if we had a baby girl, I would probably do the shower and bath thing for longer

@mamabear4cubs, @alexdoe I still shower with my 5 year old niece. She asks body questions, but since we have the same body, I just answer her questions honestly. I think it is important for body confidence in young girls. Also, the mommy that I nanny for still takes showers with her 3 year old son. Not weird at all. She even uses it as a special treat of sorts. It's soothing to him to get that time with his mommy.

Yeah @emilyd my 2 year old loves to shower and take baths with me and my 3 year olds still ask to take showers with me. They see it as special mommy time

my baby is a week old and I've done skin to skin at least once a day. if not more. :) I love it.
