What are some tips on getting some sleep? I turn off the TV, keep my phone away, but still nothing! I need sleep. It's like I fall asleep as soon as my girls wake up for the day and it's starting to take it's toll on me.
White noise; like a fan, or something like that. I get cold easily so I use either a humidifier or air purifier, the sound usually helps put me to sleep, also lavender does seem to help. If it gets really bad I take 1/2 or 1 benydryl
So Tylenol pm is safe. I would take one (dosage is two) and that did the trick
