I know that feeling all too well. Men love to take the credit when the kids turn out great but don't put the work in that makes them the way they are. Moms know who do all the hard work though, men do too even though they won't admit it.
I get it. I love my husband but he's never around. he goes to school full time and works full time. I don't think he's changed a diaper since my son was a year old, and he's 2 now. I never see him at night because he works the night shift and then he's at school from like 3 pm to 10 pm and anything before that he's passed out on the couch or bed. I know he's doing what's best, but being pregnant with a autistic son and him hardly around makes me feel like I'm doing this alone
yup :/ even when my husband has a day off he won't change a diaper, help clean, or even give my son a bath. I'm the one that wakes him up at 6 am gets him ready for therapy and school, takes the dog out, cooks, tries to clean, picks up my son, baths him the he has homework and more therapy and by 6 pm I'm so drained I don't even care if my husband is there because he just didn't help at all. I do adore him but at this point I told him it feels like I'm just living with a pay check not my husband
@rosiel49, exactly like mines had his sons over for the weekend and did little to nothing. He would constantly ask me can you give them a bath?... Can you get them dressed, and guess who gets up in the middle of the night to make sure they go to the bathroom 🙋🏽 I'm like what are you doing that you are so occupied and can't do it yourself. And he's wanting to get custody of them, I'll be damned if he thinks ima be taking care of 4 kids by myself
