@mommyof1boyy, yeah I'm really soft and 1cm dilated. I hope I don't rip any with my daughter I got 27 stitches and staples in my bum because I tore all the way down.! hope these help.!!!

two orally in the morning and four vaginally at night. popped holes and stuck them up near my cervix. they really help to soften the cevix!!! they don't dilate ya, just makes it easier. :) @mamaofaando
