If you've already pumped twice then your good. Just like @nicemmcha2015 said its out of your system if your sober now. Next time I would suggest just pumping enough for your baby to have the whole night and maybe a few for the next morning just to be safe. Also never dump your liquid gold breastmilk is too valuable to throw down the drain. Whenever you have extra or old breastmilk (yes even if it looks weird) put it in your babies bath water it's so good for babies skin and your not wasting it! You can even make lotion and other things :)

You actually don't need to pump and dump. They say if your sober enough to drive then your sober enough to feed.

if you're sober now then you can feed. alcohol metabolizes at the same rate in milk and it does blood.
