Did the final packing of my hospital bag. Counted and reorganized my small stockpile of diapers and wipes. Cleared out my closet.

I'm so ready for this to be over with. This has been a long road and I'm so excited to meet my son. However, I'm trying to embrace these last weeks because this could very well be my last pregnancy.
