Yep, squirt bottle and the giant pads with mesh undies. Honestly they are all great items. I liked the spray over the tucks pads. The sitz baths helped me heal alot too after I tore.

I had 2nd degree tears that had to be stitched, my OB also had to repair my urethra & I have a dividing wall in my vagina that my daughter ripped right through that he had to stitch up, the witch hazel pads were amazing!! the dermoplast helped relieve the pain, and the squirt bottle helped with the burning pain when I peed. I also would soak in hot water 3xs a day after about 4 days of giving birth. it helped ease the pain too.

the squirter bottle and instead of giant pads I just used adult diapers! so much easier.

also look up how to make your own padsicles! they were a major lifesaver for me!
