I don't want to be judged. the only thing helping me stay out of the hospital for not being sick is smoking a little weed every day. I'm 31 weeks and Im delivering in nebraska. is cps going to take my kids (twins) from me?

I think they do blood work on you when you go to the hospital.. Weed stays in your system for a month or longer.. It can be possible that they will call cps

My friend had her baby taken away right after birth for drugs in her system. They do urine and blood right b4 you deliver. to check your cell count.

They may do a blood test on you when you go in. Typically though, they are not admissible in court since you did not sign off in it. however, it does not stop CPS from getting involved. There is little chance you did any damage to your unborn, however, they will either prevent you from leaving with your baby or they will be involved with an action plan of regular drug tests.

Ummm. Why not just go to the hospital or consult with your doctor instead of smoking weed. They make many different medications to help with sickness. I feel like that's just being irresponsible.
