Does anyone make there own homemade gripe water? If so what's ur recipe? I was not going to give into these over the counter meds but after lots of research on babys with gas and long nights I decided gripe water was my first pick and hopefully my only to help soothe. Hubby bought the zarbee brand and it has really helped it calls for 2.5ml but I only gave him 1ml and it was plenty now I'm looking for homemade recipes and would like info on how it worked for ur babies

When you figure it out, pls post or pm me your recipe! Super against meds too! If I don't even take them, I really don't want to give them to my baby.

@emilyd, the brand I bought is this really does have less ingredients than the other on the market but still homemade is best I will let u know what I find
