so after today my friend text me and told me that the caddy little bitches at work put a note on the boss's desk telling on us saying that we watched each other's eyebrows that we're not cleaning blah blah so that made me very mad because I just started there I'm in my second week I don't speak to any of the girls I don't have an issue with any of the girls I just don't speak unless spoken to that's my personality I'm very quiet and observant and then I pick and choose who I want to speak to and after today I see why I'm like that because bitches like to judge you before they can get to know you , if for some reason this girl told on my friend the other day when she did absolutely nothing I was with her the whole day only thing that my friend did was not talk to her and the girl wasn't even trying to speak to her I don't know if she feels offended because my friend hasn't really spoken to her since I started for what but everytime me and my friend walked past they get quiet as a mouse so we can feel that we're being talked about or looking at his dirty behind our back so I told my boss long story short we're all getting pulled into the office because she said that its never can be handled unless were all face to face and I'm so ready for this I'm excited actually she also said that I should say something to them because I told her I didn't want to cuz I was afraid that that would cause drama and I didn't want them to flip it around to try to say that I'm crazy or I was loud about it she said sometimes you have to because people are going to pray and what they think is a weak and you gotta let them know that this ain't that so they told on me about getting my eyebrows waxed big whoop so I told them about getting their hair cut in front of other clients not cleaning their tools after they run it through their own hair put it back in there clean tools to use on their clients going out to the retail floor grabbing clothes bring you back into the salon and having a runway show in front of clients mind you I come to work and when I come to work I cleaned right away I do all my chores that was supposed to do at work before they get there so they don't see what I do before they decided that they're going to go and run and write a little note to tell on me my boss says that I like her I'm quiet I observe and I don't speak unless spoken to and she says why and she also says that she sees that I do do my work and if she didn't I think that that she would pull me aside and say something to me that's not their place to check up on me or my friend she says she has no problem firing people either and I told her that's exactly why I'm coming to her or have her call me so late because I didn't want it to be bad or I wasn't able to get what I have to say out I just don't get it the thing is I feel like it's white girl vs. black girl in it shouldn't be like that the girls that have an issue with us happened to be white they don't like me or my friends were black I don't know if that's a coincidence or what that's not cool with me I like every color I don't have a problem with anybody I'm there to do my job to get clients to learn and to grow in my career I was about to quit I told her that I don't even feel comfortable going there so I'm glad I called her and I'm glad there's going to be a meeting but I sure did tell him every little thing that they do too
