My rn said it's supposed to help thin out your milk more and it helps get the clog out easier. That's not what it was made for but that's what some breastfeeding women use it for @sabreycastro1996
@sabreycastro1996, it's only really supposed to be used to help with clogged duct though. I wouldn't take it all the time. Plus breastmilk is already pretty thin by itself.
@lexonmars, it worked for me. But I've stopped breastfeeding since this post. Take the lecithin and run the clogged duct/mastitis under warm water in the shower. Also use heat packs. Best way that worked for me
