I don't have a long story but here goes. I woke up around 6 to wake my 13yr old up.Walled with him to bus stop..came bk home I was contacting then, they were like 7-10 apart so i went back to sleep until was time to get my bd for work..they were now 5-7 apart but wasn't in any real pain. BOOM then went to Walmart for couple last minute things call nurse and told them about my pain. she said go in when they are 3-5 apart. left Walmart came home showered and tried to shave my lady areas...lol.... made sure had everything in my bags. Contractions now getting stronger and closer so now I call bd at work like yo ummm if you not ready now you gonna have to catch bus. so go get him around 3.he took over driving like a bat out of hell. called my nurse on the way there. she said I could go in, came home got our bags. was at hospital by 3:45 they hooked me up now they were 2-3 minutes apart and 2.5 cm...they admitted me @4:15 breathe through labor pains got in jacuzzi tub, bounced on the ball. I was given nubain to take edge off contractions.. I was 5 cm...it made me feel drunk and I couldn't stop laughing. I was still breathing through contractions. by 9, I couldn't take any more and asked for epidural. after that was like 9:45, she checked and I was 8cm. If I knew it was that dilated I would have breathe through the rest of the contractions. then she broke my water at 10:30 and then asked me to start pushing if I feel the urge had my son at 10:59 the epidural was a waste of my time because I didn't get to use the whole medicine to take effect. my mom and my bd was there. it went pretty smooth no complications no rips or tears.. No screaming Yelling no foul language, just lot of grunting..started crying when the head came out...and I just love him to death. m
