The only thing that works for me is 4 Advil liquid gels. If not my prescription meds.

my ibuprofen is prescribed to me. This is the first time in my life that I've ever had a migraine. @taybeard I described it to my SO and he was the one who told me it was a migraine.

They are hereditary. They are awful. I usually puke with them from pain if I don't get meds in fast enough. You can go to the doctor or go to ER if it's bad enough and they can give you a shot to make it go away quickly. Once you've had one you will prob be prone to them.

Get some Johnson&Johnson; Vapor bath. Take a shower and wash with it. It took my migraine away instantly

I have a prescription for imitrex. Usually does the job with a zofran for the puking. On occasion I have to go to the ER for diladid thru IV. I've gotten them since 4th grade, hereditary. Really sucks big time.
