Ok so I'm 23 weeks going into my 24th week and I'm suffering from obnoxious heartburn/acid reflux! And everything I eat triggers it. Nothing I have done different has stopped it even burping activates its. PLEASE HELP!!!!!
Tums, Zantac, and mints are my lifesavers. I always kept a roll of mints in my pocket at work and when it started up again I'd pop one in my mouth and it would calm it down for an it.
Tums. I keep a bottle on my desk at work, next to my bed and in my purse. Plus, the extra calcium is good! Just don't take more than the bottle says. There's usually a special recommended dose per day for pregnant women
