I see a lot of moms who have a hard time with their babies sleeping. One thing I have learned... Is consistency.
When he was first born, I just let him sleep whenever and wherever and it started to get to me. He had hard times sleeping so then I started a schedule. Where everyday around the same time, I would put him down in his crib. It took a few weeks for him to get used to his nap time and bed time but it worked. Now, around the same times, he gets sleepy automatically and I put him down and without much fuss, he's asleep and usually stays asleep.

Yes it is very nice!!! He knows everyday around 12, naptime! And he sleeps for a good 2-3 hours and then bedtime, he goes to sleep around 9 and he doesn't cry much! I used to get so frazzled about it but after I started to get him on a schedule it's made mine and his life better! @shananaginsx

I waited too long to sleep train my twins and they're almost 3 and still sleep in my bed and cry themselves to sleep in their bed :( It's exhausting! but that's gonna change ASAP.

Yeah idk how you do that! I love being a mom but I look forward to the times where he's asleep and in his crib. It makes us both happier. @southernmomma

@shananaginsx okay. I've been trying to get to some type of schedule. usually feed and bathe him at night at 700 so he can go to bed around 745-8 pm but during the day he sleeps unless he's hungry or just wanna look around . I really don't know what to do .

Well they wouldnw sleep in their beds when they were first born and the only way they would sleep was in the bed with me. Eventually they moved to their cribs but when it came to them sleeping in their room it was a nightmare!! we tried the cry it out method, tried letting them fall asleep in our bed then move them and it got so bad my husband and I were sleeping in different rooms with each baby. it's still kinda bad but i think if I can get them in a good routine They should grow out of it. They're sleep fighters

Yeah that's how he used to be with naps. He would take a few cat naps and be soooo fussy. So every day Around 12 when he gets his bottle, I then take him up to his crib and put him there. He fought it the first few times. I would let him cry for 5-10 mins if he fussed and then I would console him and start again. He now goes right to bed. Also if he woke up super quick I would give him his pacifier right back to make him go back down. Now around 12, he gets sleepy and goes right to sleep. I make sure everyday he's down for his nap around then so he's used to knowing that's nap time. @atw2016

Oh no! Well I hope it gets easier. I'm sure some type of schedule will help tremendously. They get into the habit of things and their bodies seem to adjust to it @southernmomma
