Just out of curiosity who all feels like they need at least one nap during the day or feels like they probably should be napping?? 😂 I want to see those hands!! ✋✋✋
It's so important to grab sleep whenever you can. My son is older now, but I had some freakish hormone thing going on when he was little and I had boundless energy. I'd spring out of bed after being up all night and be highly productive. Then when he was a year old, I hit the wall. Every bone in my body ached and I could barely function. My doc said he'd test me for everything but could guarantee its chronic lack of sleep catching up with me. And he was right. Took me months to recover.
It is! @deeanna I used to be so dead beat tired and sleep ALL day long because I could never get any sleep from my little girl crying at 2 in the morning and never being able to go back to sleep. But now I can easily fall asleep and back asleep when she wakes me up.
