Thank you ladies. @angelao777 I haven't even thought of Craigslist for that exact reason. I'm skeptical of sending him to a daycare when he's so young.
Agencies are super expensive ( because they get a cut of the nannies salary). Craigslist is a good place to find affordable options. Just be sure to do a background check. I've done childcare for years advertising on there and then built a client base and got clients off of referrals. Some parents would never think of Craigslist because of the scary stories they hear but that's everywhere. I recommend a nanny cam regardless if someone comes to your house so you can check in as needed. I started doing daycare after bad childcare experiences with my little one. With technology nowadays it takes less of the worry away :)
