My fiance brought home an immersion blender. He said "I thought you might want one. So I bought it for you" It was sweet but...Why would want an immersion blender? Of all the things he could bring me, he brings an immersion blender. I love my silly man.

Lol I personally wouldn't of used one. I normally make it in a robo coup. if I used an emulsion blender my head chef would be like ummmmm What are you doing.!? But chefs look at things differently than the traditional home cook.

@rari idk man I went to culinary school got a degree and work in fine dinning. but I work with high quality equipment so it prolly works better. my home stuff sucks compared to what we got at my work lol.

@rari yeah good quality kitchen appliances can be outrageously expensive.! if I didn't work in a luxury hotel I probably wouldn't have them either..

They're really great for making homemade mayonnaise and soups! I specifically mentioned the mayonnaise because one of my culinary teachers made us make mayonnaise by hand and it requires you to whisk for like an hour lol
