Any moms out there who have dealt with a plugged duct? I'm pretty certain I have one..have been putting heat on it, massage, & pumping...is there anything else I can do?

massage it while pumping and if your baby nurses point the baby's head in that direction

@victoriaaaron12, thanks I will try the massaging while pumping.....she's pretty much given up on nursing at this point
