Do any of you ladies know if WIC gives out car seats for people that need them ?

Where I live they offered me one & said something about a waiting list

mostly fire stations but wic might with a class sometimes you can get gently used barely used ones at consignment stores that sell baby stuff they are very strict on the seats and test and check for recalls etc or Walmart has them for 50 bucks
