I'm really worried and need advice, my son is two days old and we just brought him home this morning and the last time he nursed was before a left and he won't latch on to me and hasnt all day should I be worried?

Is he awake or asleep? If he's asleep, have you tried waking him up to get him to feed?

Yes and even when he's awake he did just latch on for a couple minutes but that's it then he just cried or wouldn't latch he gets it in his mouth and doesn't do anything

the first two days were the hardest with my baby. I worked with him every hour till he got the hang of it. Yes now 11 days old and does great. Maybe try a nipple shield I used one

My son did something similar. Ended up using a nipple shield for a week or so and then weaned him off of it.
