ladies I need ur help... my fiance's is going thru a custody battle and the female mad at home cz he nt wit her so wn he moved outta town wit me ova a year ago she recently moved too and filed for a change of venue... we have no idea where she lives and she is tryna have everything set up there but we both used to live in the same city she hasn't crossed state lines but wt can we do ta make sure it stays in our hometown cz it's a set up if we have to constantly go ta her on her grounds.... any suggestions ta keep it where it's at

if you guys lived in the same city where the custody battle originally started then it's under their jurisdiction unless they deny to take the case (which I don't see happening). if you guys have an attorney / lawyer try to see if they can keep it still on the same grounds it started in

she has an order of protection against him so we didn't even knw she moved until we gt the letter in the mail today.... so now neither of us live in the county where it originally started but she moved and now wants the case to move n ye it's closer buy we knw no one there or around there... she has family in both stops and she tryna pull us into her stomping grounds and we still waiting on the results from the DNA... but I rather drive further ta a common place where we both have friends then be surrounded by ppl we have no idea what they gonna do.. fuk tht I'm nt stupid i will stay strapped cz she she is now in the corn field in the middle of nowhere

at thys point I'm praying it's not his so we ain't gtta keep doin thys every time he has wanted ta see her before the order of protection we drove and made accommodation but she is goin to make thys shyt more complicated then wt it has to be cz she mad she in love wit him... but thts neither here nor there I understand she hurting but if he is the father he missed milestone cz she mad... he been there for all mi kids everything... thys chyck changed the lil girls name in the hospital and didn't tell him til month later he missed her crawling rolling over growing teeth pulling up the first basically year of her life all bcz she mad at him... she penalized her daughter thou cz he is an awesome father but she don't want her baby around me and thts coo.... thys is alot of bs cz she goin off her feelings nt.wts right fa her daughter
