So ladies.... have to make my decision..... SHOULD I BE A STAY AT HOME MOM or SHOULD I WORK AND TAKE MY KIDS TO A SITTER????? I love staying home with them and taking care of them myself, but hate that I cant contribute financially and I won't have money for myself..... I love my job, sometimes u have those crazy stressful day but I do love the people I work with and I enjoy my work..... everyone said be a stay at home mom because some people can't and I can go back in a couple of years if I want.....

If your whole pay check doesn't go to a sitter I say go back to work.

@lucybaby, my position has no part time..... I can work per diem... @amaperalta03 it doesn't but my husband wants to pay for it and he doesn't mind and he would love for me to stay home with my babies.... he will financially pay for everything..... he wants me to be home and take care of my babies cuz he tells me I'm a very good mom and mom's should stay home a couple of years after the baby is born to bond with the baby.... I would love to stay home with them

I personally love staying home with my daughter but I have my days that I want to go back to work. It definitely has its ups and downs

Stay home if you have the chance then. Per diem isn't a bad option either since you can just say yes or no and not have a set schedule. (:
