@brinnersmommy20, my 2 week old taught herself to self soothe...she was fussy and crying but didn't need anything and a few minutes later she was looking at her crib bumpers and the wall babbling to herself.

@sammyj I heard thats that's not safe to give a newborn. My son is one month and they said to not give it to him at all. But if they are crying, just let them cry it out. It sucks to watch because you just want to help, but it actually wears them out.

im saying like they were lethargic after taking it. like tiredness was a side effect

never used for sleep

I used that if my child was constipated but never for nighttime to sleep.
