Just out of curiosity, what happens if you don't treat gestational diabetes?

There's a risk you'll have the baby early.

Baby can get too big, and have to get a c section, born before 37 weeks, stilbirth, preeclampsia, jaundice, breathing problems for baby...

you could also have it for life and not just during pregnancy. you need to treat it....
