she always sleeps in her own little bed beside our bed and I woke up this morning to her choking and spitting up. her whole face was red and she was stiffening up and couldn't even cry out, that's how bad she was choking. called the ambulance. in between she seemed to be doing a little better. when they came they had us put her in her car seat and she ended up throwing up all over herself and the straps of her car seat. ya'll it was the scariest thing I've experienced so far.

Last Friday when I put my daughter to bed around 11 she was perfectly fine . Woke up At 3 am to her choking so bad on flem/mucus She had it pouring out her mouth an couldn't breath good at all and was doing the same thing with stiffening up because she was freaking out not being able to breath . She was all stuffed up , sneezing coughing , throwing up an it was full of mucus so it was all thick an caused her to choke even more. Scariest thing ever ,I took her the hospital a few hours later an she has an upper respiratory infection . Poor babies not even 2 months old yet . I understand your fear completely, nothing worse then your little baby choking :( I was so scared to sleep after that, worried I wouldn't hear her choking . I hope your little princess is okay , when you go to sleep I would keep one of those suction bulbs close to your bed . @jessicarose0602

@lauren5786 my daughter wasn't showing signs of being stopped up though or anything. and right before bed she was a perfectly happy and content baby. I tried to get to her mouth to suction but she kept jerking her body and her head all over the place, along with stiffening. the hospital seriously didn't even run any tests on her... 😒😒 just kept us there a little over an hour and released us.. with instructions to follow up with her family doctor in a day or two. I don't understand how they couldn't even run tests

atleast she's not stuffed up , this has been a nightmare her being so congested an not being able to breath good , no matter how much I try clearing her nose. But I understand completely , the hospital didn't do anything for me either besides run one test for rsv an that was negative. They didn't give me any advice or anything on what I should do to help her just said follow up with her dr in 2-3 days as well . I'm a ftm, and it's beyond scary seeing your child go through choking /struggling to breath especially with them being so young !! I was very disappointed when I left the hospital with no help or advice on what to do to , idk why they always act like everything is fine . @jessicarose0602
