I've been having sciatica for the last 5 years, I'm a care assistant and it's from that, that I get it. I had it at the beginning of my pregnancy and it's agonising but since about 14weeks it had been ok and I haven't had any. fingers crossed yours is the same and goes away quickly. It's basically a nerve in your back/bum that's radiating to another body part. Try using a hot water bottle or a heart patch when you get the niggling pain start @gillz_90 x

Thanks @suzie80 @jodie1809 I'm on my feet all day and just put it down to that but it was worse last night than it has been! I'll have my hot water bottle at the ready tonight just Incase :)

I get them too in my bum an groin there different to sciatica tho my midwife says it's either everything moving getting ready for birth or baby likes a certain position which is close to a nerve an then causes cramps x

I think that's what I have,limping at work and swearing on occasion lol,straight down my right side.paracetamol did ease it a bit yesterday for me x
